HOLA!
I’m Robyn— mama, wife, proud Tex-Mexican,
storyteller, spiritual seeker, and champion of women
and Latine everywhere.
As a storyteller, meditation teacher, practitioner of Curanderismo, and Emmy-nominated TV host, I’ve learned that “You can’t be what you can’t see” nor can we change what we don't acknowledge.

That’s why I have worked tirelessly as a cross-platform storyteller, mentor, and thought leader to stand up, speak out, and highlight the stories and issues that were not being told about Latinas and WOC via my latest book: Get Rooted (Hachette Go! 2023), on my podcast “Get Rooted with Robyn Moreno,” and through my roles as an Emmy-nominated TV host; four-time author; Today Show contributor; Editor-In-Chief and Co-President of Latina Media Ventures; and teacher at the Omega Institute.

I have been invited to the Whitehouse, the Sundance Film Festival, and SXSW Interactive; and have interviewed powerhouse women from Rihanna to Latina activist Dolores Huerta, Jennifer Lopez to Hillary Clinton, actress and activist Eva Longoria, author Isabel Allende, and more.
As a popular keynote speaker, I’ve presented at The Raizado Festival, the Texas Conference for Women, the Pennsylvania Conference for Women, BlogHer, Animus Summit, Hispanicize, and Yale University among others.

A proud Tejana, certified yoga teacher, and trained life coach, I now live with my family in the Hudson Valley of New York.
